About the Role:

Our organization is currently seeking a driven, detail-oriented Merchant Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a part of our team, you will be the forefront of our operation, ensuring that our merchants receive exceptional service that is tailored to their specific needs.

Your primary duty will be to gain a deep understanding of our merchant services and their requirements, leveraging your expertise to build and maintain strong relationships with our merchants. You will handle incoming queries, troubleshoot onboarding and processing issues, and provide bespoke consultations to our merchants, helping them find the most efficient and cost-effective solutions to meet their needs.

In addition to providing solutions, you will have the opportunity to promote our broad range of products and services, making a tangible impact on our company's success. More complex problems will require you to collaborate with our Sales and Operation Leads, presenting an excellent opportunity to learn and grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with merchants through various means of communication to resolve queries and issues
  • Advocate for the company's range of products and services
  • Monitor merchant activity through our tracking and reporting systems
  • Evaluate merchant processing needs, suggesting suitable solutions to the Sales Lead
  • Document interactions and inquiries using our ticketing system and other tools
  • Perform other duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and commitment

Skills and Qualification:

  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu. Proficiency in Chinese or other third language is a plus point
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

What We Offer:

  1. Successful candidates will receive a competitive salary ranging from RM2.5k - RM5k per month.
  2. Additional benefit includes medical card, hospitalisation and life insurance.
